Nobody Walks in LA, didn’t you know that? You should, because we’ve told you NOBODY”S EVERYWHERE - LOL . Actually, in this case it’s a reference to the stereotypical idea that Los Angeles residents are all the same and only drive to reach their desired destinations (but hey, isn’t that true?), Nobody Walks in LA is a group show representing the vast melding of culture and styles in LA with everything from urban street to abstract expressionism.
Nobody Walks in LA will showcase both LA natives and transplants: Amanda Visell, David Flores (work shown), Edwin Ushiro, Joe Ledbetter, Joshua Petker, Mike Shinoda, Nate Frizzell, Scott Belcastro, Tessar Lo, Tiffany Liu, Yoskay Yamamoto, and many more.
Surprisingly, Nobody Walks in LA opens in Barcelona, Spain on January 23rd, 2009 at Masters Art Gallery during the international Bread and Butter Fashion Fair.
