Marching forward, fighting battles, together. Not, the violent ones created by the global war machines, but the personal battle for daily survival. And how you choose to fight those battles depends on your attitude. I tend to do it with a smile (most days). That’s just the kind of soldier I am.  - TMNK

Listen we all have a lot going on. So today, don’t let the little things (or little people) get you all bent out of shape. Try to remain focused, and definitely don’t loose your noodles. Cause’ violence never really solves anything.

My friends from Japan have a great idea of what to do with the weapons of mass destruction, retire them!

Spent most of the day working on some small paintings, and allowing my mind to rest a bit. Then I began designing some new ish for next week. Oh yeah, I started thinking about the painting I will donate to Art for Haiti. Truth is, I sleep standing up, that is, my mind is never at rest. So I started for some reason to think about storage. That is STORING your RAGE, and releasing your love. Easier said than done sometimes.

Then I gave thought to World PEACE, as I worked on Souuuuuuul Train.  And Finally

I went back into the Zoomen series and busted out this Killer Bees joint.

I scream,  I cry, yes I rage, against a machine that is programing, promoting death and destruction in my community, in my world. Never violently, I rage silently, yet passionately with all my he(art). Join in, and let our collective voices sing in unison, enough. - TMNK

It seems I never know where the “Art Is My Weapon” t-shirts or bandannas  will turn up, or who will be spotted wearing one. It’s my hope that the message is clear to all.  I, and the legion of “nobodys” who have been a part of our movement, or sport our gear, advocate  using creative expression, ART, as a force against hatred, bigotry, and ignorance. This artist deplores violence, and believes that the collective creativity of like minds can make a positive difference in the world. PEACE -

I once read that to be great you should surround yourself with great people.  So tonight, with a drink in one hand, I’m vibing on the Dalai Lama.  Should make for some interesting art.
