Lift every voice and scream, as too much singing, dancing, marching has already been done. So it is, with ink, paint, and canvas, I seek to join those who have come before me, those whose words and creative manifestations inspired a nation. Haunted by Martin and Malcom, Emerson and Picasso. I spend late nights drinking with Shakespeare and Aristotle, as Basquiat chases me through the hallways and alleys of my mind. Lift every voice and scream, and dream, as I do, that each stroke, each mark left behind matters. - TMNK

It seems I never know where the “Art Is My Weapon” t-shirts or bandannas  will turn up, or who will be spotted wearing one. It’s my hope that the message is clear to all.  I, and the legion of “nobodys” who have been a part of our movement, or sport our gear, advocate  using creative expression, ART, as a force against hatred, bigotry, and ignorance. This artist deplores violence, and believes that the collective creativity of like minds can make a positive difference in the world. PEACE -
