Walk With Me – (18″ x 24″ Acrylic and Enamel on masonite)
It’s early. Walk with Me. Alone. Walk with me. A wounded soul crys out in the dark. Walk with me. I’ll never forget and I’ll Never quit. Walk with me. Over and around fences, through fears, and despite hate. Walk with Me. With love, with Kindness, with Peace, as friends. Walk with Me. I pray one day, perhaps today you’ll walk with me. – TMNK

Commerce and Transactions, buying and selling. At the end of the day, what’s it worth to you? What are we worth to each other? Each day I sell my paintings, bits of my soul for survival. Yet I value so much more than the money. So restless thoughts of soul vs. sold found there way into this small painting. Giving, with an open heart and kindness, and receiving a smile in return are valuable to me. What price tag can we place on friendships and love. How much do we value the person next to us on the train, and how much do we value ourselves?
